This is a binding legal agreement between the customer and Parex Business Inc., operating as ChimeStream (a Canadian corporation).

ChimeStream owns all website content, trademarks, source code, software, designs, audio, video, and graphics. All content is protected by copyright and trademark law.

2. Ownership of Materials

Upon completion and full payment, clients own all original source files and designs created for their project. ChimeStream retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

3. Third-Party Fonts

ChimeStream will notify clients if any project uses fonts that require commercial licenses for continued use.

4. User Representations

The client certifies that they are of legal age and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

5. Prohibited Activities

The website and services may only be used for ChimeStream-authorized business ventures. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Client Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to ChimeStream become the exclusive non-confidential property of ChimeStream.

7. Management and Oversight

ChimeStream reserves the right to monitor usage, block access, or take legal action for any breaches of these terms.

8. Privacy Policy

By using our services, users consent to ChimeStream's data collection and usage practices. We collect names, email addresses, and usage statistics to process orders, answer queries, and improve our services.

9. Returns and Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Additional conditions may apply after a refund is processed.
